丰田为其卡车项目打造大型氢能发电站
Toyotawillbuildtheworld’sfirstmegawatt-scalehydrogenpowerstationatthePortofLongBeachinSouthernCalifornia,alongwithafuelingstationthatgenerateshydrogenfrompercentrenewablesources.
丰田公司在美国加州长滩打造了世界上第一个兆瓦级别的氢能发电站，边上还有一个加氢站，加氢站的氢%来自可再生能源。
Theautomakerwillusethehydrogenfortheprototypefuelcellheavy-dutytruckitisrunningoutoftheportandtoeventuallyfuelMiraipassengersedansimportedfromJapan.
丰田的这款卡车用的是燃料电池的样品，开始的时候在港口运行，逐渐为将来的从日本进口的Mirai氢能燃料电池车提供燃料。

Murtha在年加州的车展上宣布的这个消息，丰田那会儿正在加州测试ProjectPortalClass8概念卡车，用的就是氢能燃料电池技术。
“Ithasthepowertohaul80,tonsoffreight,allwhileemittingnothingmorethanwatervapor,”Murthasaid,addingthatthetruckhassofarloggedmorethan4,“successfuldevelopment”miles.Thetruckjustrecentlybeganmovinggoods—autopartsandsuppliesforToyota—throughoutSouthernCalifornia.

Murtha着重强调了氢能燃料电池技术的另外一个亮点：加速快。载重达3万5千英镑的总重，卡车能在8.9秒内行驶1/8英里。而相同的里程的话，柴油车则需要14.6秒。

这款卡车很快就能用上氢能发电站的氢气了。制氢的材料是加州农场的废气微生物。现在，大部分的氢气都是通过天然气重整制氢获得的。
Thenewso-calledTri-Genpowerplantwillgenerate2.35megawattsofelectricityand1.2tonsofhydrogenperday,whichisenoughtopower2,average-sizedhomes,Toyotasays,aswellasfueltosupportthedailydrivingof1,fuelcellcars.
丰田说，这个新的被称为Tri-Gen的氢能发电厂，每天的电量可达2.35兆瓦，日产氢达1.2吨，足够2个普通家庭的用电量，可为1辆氢能燃料电池卡车供氢。

这是丰田北美地区第一个%由可再能能源提供氢气的加氢站。

美国本田汽车，氢能燃料电池车的经理，ElliesSteve说“燃料电池技术能通过各种平台拓展到为这些汽车提供应用，是值得铭记的一天。”

继丰田发布此消息以后，本田的Clarity氢能燃料电池汽车在本次车展上被评为最佳绿色汽车。
